Terms and Conditions & Requirements
We want your experience with Eurodriver to be a fun and hassle free, however for everyone’s benefit there are some terms and conditions
that apply. Please read carefully as you will sign to say that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions when you pick up the motorcycle.
Requirements for a Motorcycle Rental
For Motorcycle types up to 125 cc Must have at least one licensed year of experience, Renter must be at least 18 years old Either European A1, A2, or A license required.
For Motorcycle types over 125 cc: Renter must have at least one licensed year of experience, and be at least 21 years old A2 or A license required.

motorcycle class driver’s license in
correspondence to the horse powers and engine size of the motorcycle that you would like to rent.
International motorcycle license required for non-EU residents.
Customer Orientation
Every customer will receive orientation to the motorcycle they have selected to rent.
The client orientation will cover all aspects of safe motorcycle operation, the clients’ maintenance responsibilities, local and state laws.
Motorcycle Substitution
Eurodriver reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to rental client. Should Eurodriver not be able to provide confirmed motorcycle a similar or better
model will be provided to the client. This constitutes the maximum liability of Eurodriver.
Motorcycle Substitution
Eurodriver reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to rental customer. In the unlikely hood that we are unable to provide confirmed motorcycle,
a similar or better model will be provided to the customer.
Fuel Policy
Fuel costs are client’s responsibility. Your vehicle will be delivered with a certain amount of fuel and you will have to return it with the same amount.
Eurodriver claims no responsibility for motorcycle fuel consumption and mileage.
Rental Rates
- All rates may vary by season.
- Discount rates are subject to blackout dates and availability.
- Advertised rates are subject to change without notice.
Refunds and Cancellations Policy
Client-requested cancelation after Booking Confirmation are subject to a €50,- fee.
On group bookings or while renting more than 1 Motorcycle, Quad, Buggy a €50,- non refundable confirmation deposit applies per Vehicle.
Cancelations or Changes must be requested by email, Cancelations or changes by phone
will not be accepted. Refunds (when necessary) are issued in the form of gift certificates, or PayPal. Cancellations will be subject to a fee depending on the number of days
Eurodriver receives notice prior to rental commencement date:
- Cancellations between 59 to 30 days before rental commencement Date the 50% paid Deposit we will be refunded plus a Cancelation Deposit Fee in the Amount of 50 Euro
- Cancellations less than 30 Days before rental commencement Date no Refund of the Deposit amount will Paid.
- NO SHOWS, no Refund of the Deposit amount will Paid.
- No refunds on early returns.
- We do not assume responsibility or liability for any resulting losses, expenses, or inconvenience.
- If applicable, refund transaction and currency conversion fees will be deducted.
What is Included in the Rental Rate
Insurance: Collision damage waiver CDW (full insurance), with €300,- insurance initial excess (scooter 100 to 150cc) Collision damage waiver CDW (full insurance),
with €500,- insurance initial excess (Motorbikes up to 700cc) Collision damage waiver CDW (full insurance), with €900,- insurance initial excess
(Motorbikes over 700cc) Theft waiver: Theft insurance, for the Motorcycle without excess Third Party Insurance. (mandatory) Use of vehicle for a 24 hour period.
Breakdown service: All over the Island of Crete Delivery & Collection Mileage:Rental with Unlimited mileage. Taxes: VAT 23% and local taxes.
Topcase: request if needed. Luggage rack: All the Motorcycles are equipped with Luggage rack. Helmets: (please request with size if needed).
Rental Period
There is a 3-day minimum rental required on Online motorcycle Rentals.
Helmets
We have mainly open-faced with visors /no visors, (free of charge). Full face helmets and flip-up helmets are available with an Additional Rental fee (3 Euro/day)
are provided with all motorcycle rentals on Request at the Booking form. We encourage you to bring your own helmet for comfort and style.
Additional Driver
1) One additional licensed driver is permitted on motorcycle rental contract, 5 Euro/day additional charge applies. The minimum age for an additional driver is 21 with a
valid motorcycle license. There is no extra-driver charge for spouses at no extra cost.
Off-Road Driving
SOME OF OUR VEHICLES ARE DUAL SPORTS AND ARE SUITABLE FOR LIGHT OFF ROAD DRIVING ON HARD PACKED DIRT ROADS. WE ONLY AUTHORIZE DRIVING ON DIRT ROADS WHERE:
1.WE CAN FIND YOU. (DOCUMENTED ON MAPS)
2. WHERE OUR RECOVERY VEHICLE CAN GET TO YOU IN AN EMERGENCY.
*ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING A VEHICLE, AND FROM DAMAGES TO THE VEHICLE AS A RESULT OF DRIVING ON UNSUITABLE ROADS ARE THE RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
N.B: WE DO NOT ADVISE OFF ROAD DRIVING WITH PILLION PASSENGER
IMPORTANT STUFF
• ONLY NAMED DRIVERS ARE INSURED TO DRIVE OUR VEHICLES. UNAUTHORIZED DRIVING OF
OUR VEHICLES BY FRIENDS ETC, WILL RESULT IN PROSECUTION. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY
AN UNAUTHORIZED DRIVER IS TOTALLY THE RESPONISBILITY OF THE RENTER.
(NAMED DRIVER/S)
• ANY TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS CONCURRED DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD ARE THE RENTER’S
RESPONSIBILITY.
• DAMAGED CAUSED BY DRINKING AND DRIVING OR INFLUENCE OF NARCOTICS IS NOT
COVERED BY ANY INSURANCE.
• HELMETS ARE REQUIRED BY LAW. THE CURRENT TRAFFIC FINE IN GREECE IS €300,-
• NON OF OUR BIKES ARE SUITABLE FOR ENDURO OR MOTORCROSS DRIVING, DAMAGED
CAUSE THROUGH STUNTS, EXCESSIVE OFF ROAD (DAMAGES BY LARGE ROCKS ETC) ARE NOT
COVERED BY ANY INSURACE.
• IT IS THE RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP THE MOTORCYCLE DOCUMENTATION
REQUIRED BY LAW, WITH THEM DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD. FAILURE TO RETURN THE
VEHICLES DOCUMENTATION, WILL RESULT IN A €15,- ADMIN CHARGE.
(Currently in Greece when driving you must have with you at all times, personal
identification, driving license, vehicle ownership, road tax receipt, insurance policy,
copy of road safety assessment and vehicle emissions. For practical reasons we have
copies of all the motorcycle related documents under the seat of the vehicle. It is the
renter’s responsibility to show these documents when required by law.)
• ACCIDENTS AND DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY. (WE DO NOT TAKE ANY
RESPONSIBILITY FOR A RENTER CONTINUING DRIVING ON AN UNASSESED BIKE AFTER AN
ACCIDENT.)
• ACCIDENTS INVOLVING 3RD PARTIES MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY. WE WILL ALSO
INFORM AUTHORITIES WHEN NECESSARY AND INSURANCE COMPANIES.
• THEFT OF A VEHICLE IS COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE. HOWEVER, THE THEFT OF VEHICLE
MUST BE REPORTED ON DISCOVERY. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE A POLICE REPORT.
YOU MUST HAVE THE KEY FOR THE VEHICLE.
• RENTER IS NOT PERMITTED TO RE-HIRE OR USE THE VEHICLE FOR TRAFFICKING PERSONS
FOR PROFIT.
• PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE. IT IS THE RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE OUT THE
APPROPRIATE HOLIDAY PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVER WHICH INCLUDES COVERAGE FOR
MOTORCYLE RENTAL.
Young driver Surcharges (18-20)
The above terms and conditions apply to young drivers (18-20 years). All young drivers rentals subject to a €5,- per day surcharge.
GPS devices for motorcycle rentals
GPS devices are an available option on all rentals €8,- PER DAY. Subject to availability.
Optional Enhanced
Flat Tire Coverage: Covers tire repair and labour.
A security deposit
Security deposit are accepted via valid credit card or Cash.
How does reserving a rental motorcycle work

5. Send your Booking. When you Submit the Booking Form by click on the Send button, you
agree to the Motorcycles Terms and Conditions & Requirements
6. We will responsed with your final confirmation soon
Delivery Charges:
Long distance delivery fees apply to the following areas:
- Rethmynon: €50,-
- South Crete: €70,-
- Chania: €60,-
- Unless stated there are no delivery charges to other areas.
One-Way Rentals Vehicle drop-offs in Different Location is not permitted, unless the Renter,
Request this Option (on Remarks) when submitting the Booking, additional Collection charges apply depending on the Pick-up Location. You will be informed about
the costs showing those fees before you commit to a rental.
Geographic Area Restrictions The vehicle can be driven all over Crete. Shipping or Transportation outside of Crete Island, to other the islands
and the mainland is not allowed, without written authorization from Eurodriver.
